UV Tanning - At Glo we offer the choice of both stand up and lay down tanning equipment. In our units we use 200w Cosmedico Cosmolux lamps, which are widely renowned as the original and best performing tanning lamps money can buy achieving a much darker, long lasting tan.
The vertical units are State of the art Hapro Luxura Delta XLC Intensive units. They have 48 200w trio technology tubes for maximum tanning capability. They also have a high power cooling system for your comfort and integral hifi system for your enjoyment.
The Lay down bed is an Allisun Sunvision 500 . This horizontal unit has 46 tubes and has 4 High pressure facial tanning lamps. This bed also has a Turbo cooling system for your comfort. |
Spray Tanning - At Glo we have three spray tanning products Fake Bake, California tan and St Tropez.
How it works... Our spray guns benefit from HVLP (High, volume, low pressure) technology.
The HVLP technology works by applying tanning solution to your skin at only 2psi of pressure. Compare this to conventional airbrushes which apply solution at up to 60psi which results in solution bouncing off the surface of the skin causing over spray.
This technology reduces spray time to around 3-5 minutes, dries your skin as it is applied, and creates less waste than conventional airbrushes. Upon contact with your skin the atomised particles neutralise the surface, and absorbs instantly into the skin. Because the particles are so small, they pass through more layers of your skin to create a longer lasting, perfectly even tan. |
