Polite Notice

Whilst in the Spa your mobile phone or tablet should be turned off. Using either is highly discouraged and takes away from your relaxing experience. Avoid alcohol the day of your appointment. Avoid shaving (that’s face or legs) on the day of your appointment as it can cause irritation. Please note a patch test is required for certain treatments if you are a first timer. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment please return to the salon within 24 hours for us to address the problem

Cancellation

This time is reserved exclusively for you. If it cannot be kept please give us at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling another appointment as a missed appointment is a loss to everyone and may result in a 50% charge. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Please be aware that arriving late will mean you will loose some of your treatment time, as often we can’t push your appointment back more than 10 minutes as our therapists will be booked with their next client. If you have a nasty cold or flu please stay at home! Don’t risk it and have a miserable experience. management are unable to accept responsibility for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises. New clients making appointments, group bookings and any appointments requiring a time slot of over two hours will require a security deposit of 50% of the cost of the treatments booked, if the appointment is cancelled outside of our 24hr policy, this is non-refundable.
