The spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity, so therefore we ask our guests to all adhere to the following salon guidelines.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVED FOR MY TREATMENT?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and get yourself comfortable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Unfortunately arriving late may limit the time of your treatments. Your treatments will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?
Please notify your therapist or the receptionist before booking your treatments.

IS THERE SOMEONE TO HELP ME DECIDE THE BEST TREATMENTS FOR ME?
Our Elite therapists will be able to assist you to plan the best spa treatments to suit your every need.

WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?
You may want to wear your own underwear or we can provide you with new hygienic disposable briefs. Bathrobe and slippers can be provided. Your therapist will use techniques to always respect your privacy. 

CAN I ASK THE THERAPIST TO ADJUST THE ROOM TO MY COMFORT LEVELS?
This time is dedicated to you and should enjoy the experience to the full. Whether it is the massage pressure, room temperature or the level of the background music. Please do not hesitate to ask your therapist to adjust them to your needs.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SPA TREATMENT?
The treatment time you select is reserved especially for you. A fifty percent charge will be collected for treatments not cancelled twenty four hours in advance.

Please respect the peacefulness and privacy of other clients and kindly refrain from using your mobile phones within the salon unless it is an emergency.

Your visit to GLO should be a pleasant one and would ask you to acquaint yourself with our customer information.

All treatment times include a short consultation period with your therapist or practitioner.

As part of our integral service we provide a range of refreshments for our clients including coffee, tea, mineral water, juice & herbal tea.

We have tried to design the salon for your relaxation and comfort therefore, out of consideration for other clients, please try to arrange a babysitter for your children and we must insist on mobile phones being switched off.

Please be kind to us and other clients and give 48 hours notification to cancel or change an appointment or you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost for time reserved.

New clients making appointments, group bookings and any appointments requiring a time slot of over two hours will require a security deposit of 50% of the cost of the treatments booked, if the appointment is cancelled outside of our 24hr policy, this is non-refundable!

All courses must be paid for on commencement and are valid for 12 months. Money is non-refundable and courses are non-transferrable.

Methods of payment include gift voucher, cash, debit or credit card.

The management are unable to accept any responsibility for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.

There is Ample parking around the salon but it can be harder to park at certain times of the day. Please arrive in ample time to park so as not to loose any of your precious treatment time.

Gift vouchers are ideal for any occasion and can be personalised and sent out on your behalf. They are valid for six months.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience please return to the salon or call us within 24 hours for us to address the issue. If you have any other questions at all please contact us or enquire during your next visit with us.
